Steve & Kate's Camp offers a Mentorship Program for 14-15 year olds to get a taste of being counselors. Mentees facilitate activities, engage with campers, and encourage connection under staff supervision. The self-directed philosophy of Steve & Kate's (owned by Bright Horizons, with 40+ locations nationally) makes this a unique leadership experience with flexible drop-off/pick-up and automatic refunds for unused days.
