YMCA Camp Collins offers a FREE two-week residential Counselor-in-Training program for students entering grades 11-12. Teens work with experienced staff to learn camp counseling and youth development. Admission is competitive with application and interview required. As one of only 26 ACA-accredited camps in Oregon, the training meets high professional standards.
